look i think this is a not incorrect take you know but also it made me think abt spiderman because i mean a teen angsty boy decides to fight crime? yeah nah he would Not EXCEPT for that one thing every spidey fan is so sick of hearing uncle ben did the whole great power and great responsibility thing with him and then. you know. died like 100% peter parker was dead set on being selfish and living it up i mean didn't he initially do just that but then in his formative years his uncle said that and died and it was related to peter's actions too in standing by while crime happened like clark kent fighting crime is boring Bruce wayne fighting crime is uh a whole nother essay but peter parker fighting crime is it's different you know like the rich guys fighting crime bc it's the right thing to do is also self serving you know but peter fighting crime bc it's the right thing to do is a profound act of justice from a like 16 yo boy tbh but also idk much about comics and super heroes so don't @ me you know i just think the xmen are cooler than the other guys and deserve better than what they got and also spider man is a Good Guy
