I am :) super over :) my boss taking sick leave :) and then telling us we spend too much on casuals :) and heavily imply that no one can take leave :) because of the cost of leave plus casuals :)

she deliberately understaffed us and then berated my colleague for requiring casuals like she runs a centre with 40 children most of whom are under 2 and she has 2 staff plus herself ofc she needs casuals to fill the ratio requirements but she got in so much trouble over it like bruh hire people i got told i had to hire as quickly as possible but like i'm not given time to do it like she literally wants me to interview on my days off bc she doesn't want to do the work she sees no issue with us working 10 hour days 5 days a week lmao i want to kill her tbh
